Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

How to Return Your Item

To return an item by mail, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Attach the return label provided by our customer service team. If you do not have a return label, include your name, address, and order number inside the package.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
